But I have to say,Just like our own hair ,if we heat a lot, our hair will become dry, bifurcate, breaked or loosing the luster of the hair.Please use good quality hair dye and test a small sample first,because improper dying will ruin the hair.

2. Package lost,Responsibility?

While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, moreover, human hair may have few gray hair and split end, it is normal and not a quality problem.
